Customers are our priority, MISS BOSS BEAUTY offers exchanges or returns of unopened MISS BOSS BEAUTY Hair Extensions within thirty (30) days. Due to hygiene reasons, only unopened items with intact seals can be exchanged. MISS BOSS BEAUTY Hair Extensions come in a sealed package.

MISS BOSS BEAUTY exchange process for right color unopened merchandise

Contact us first at customers@missbossbeauty.com within the 30-day exchange and return period. Hair Extensions must be returned unopened in original packaging for an exchange. Include invoice copy. Return address and inspection provided for qualification. No exchanges for opened products.

Exchange timeline

Upon receipt, inspection, and verification that the hair extensions have not been opened, we will send you the alternate color that you select. Please allow 1-2 business days for inspection, followed by prompt shipment with confirmation and tracking.
